Chicken, Plum & Camembert Pizza

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
1 portion of pizza dough rolled and ready
150g cooked chicken
5 tablespoons plum jam
80g camembert cheese
- Place the pizza stone on the grill and preheat the BBQ to 200 degrees
- Prepare the pizza by spreading the plum jam on the base.
- Spread the chicken and camembert chunks around the pizza.
- Turn burners down to LOW. Place on the pizza stone and cook with the hood closed for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
