Barbeque Glazed Chicken Wings

Cooking Time 10 – 20 minutes
1kg chicken wings
40ml soy sauce
100ml hoisin sauce
50ml plum jam
10ml fish sauce
10ml chili sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 lemon, juiced
- Preheat the BBQ to 200 degrees then turn the burners to low
- Oil and season the chicken and place on the grills and cook for 10-20 mins or until juice runs clear when cut.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Once chicken is cooked put in the bowl with the sauce and coat the chicken. Serve hot.
